Cari Dolyniuk:Owner/director of Bend art collective, The Workhouse, Cari’s passion for great food began in her grandparents robust garden and restaurant. With a culinary career spanning multiple roles and both coasts, it is in preparing scratch and heritage cuisine that she takes the greatest pleasure and pride.
