Guests will be welcomed to an exclusive dinner prepared by Chef Paul Itti, the creative force behind Bend’s beloved Wild Rose Thai, showcasing both exotic and traditional delicacies as they would be prepared in a celebratory meal in the Itti home. With its northern location in Thailand, cuisine in Chiang Mai is characterized by the use of fresh ingredients, rustic cooking techniques, and a flavor profile unique to the region. Foodies will experience “off-menu” dishes conceptualized by Chef Itti that cannot be found elsewhere.
